In addition to citing a publication a published author is also able to generate usage reports that lists all of the users who have viewed and/or accessed their published resource. The usage reports include the names, institution name, country and email address of each user who has viewed their publication in MedEdPORTAL. Based on the MedEdPORTAL privacy policy, authors are allowed to contact the users who accessed their resource in MedEdPORTAL and ask them if and how they utilized their resource at their respective institutions. This usage information can be compiled and used to supplement an educators CV or portfolio to help them with their promotion efforts.

Received over 1,600 Submissions Since 2004.

Utilizes over 670 Medicine Invited Expert Peer Reviewers.

Over 600 Published/Searchable Resources.

Disseminated over 1,100 Published resources since December 2007
