THE HOUSE OF MY DREAMS

NOW A REALITY!

¡Dear Friends!

We thank God for the generosity of all

the donors that have supported the

construction of the House Of My Dreams.

With many volunteers and a team from

Sweden and Belarus, we are happy to say

that we have finished the first two floors

of the house and we are working to finish

the third floor where the staff will live.

God has been faithful. Now the boys and

girls are living in a new home that was

built for them and they are just waiting

for it to be totally finished. We thank

God for allowing us the opportunity to

bless all of the children that will need our

help to move ahead in life.

Thanks to each one of you that has

prayed and supported the House Of My

Dreams. Today this project is a reality.

God Bless You Greatly!

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;

his love endures forever. 1 Cron 16:34

The Girls

In the last few months we have taken in nine new

girls. They come from a refugee community in the

south of the sector of Cordoba. These girls arrived

here very underweight, very malnourished and were

not studying in any school.

The other girls came back from vacation to continue

their studies and continue their spiritual formation

through the program New Generation. They are

very happy with their new housemates and so far

are getting along very well.

Please pray for the home adaptation & academic leveling of the new girls.

Celebrating His Goodness!

Enith Diaz - Director

Soups On!

Every day, between the

boys, girls, staff and

visitors, we have 60 or

more people eating and

staying in our home.

And every day we pray

that God would provide the

needed food, utilities and

clothing. Above all we ask

for His blessing and multi-

plication over the people

that have made all of this

possible with their gifts.

With the run, run of every

day life we do not say it

personally like we should,

but thank you, a thousand

times Thank You, for every

donation, every prayer and

every moment invested.

We appreciate you

and we need you.

COMMUNITY & MEDICAL OUTREACH

In February we returned to the towns of Granjas & Exodo to see how

the church had grown in members, transformed families and children

in love with God. Colombian and foreign volunteers also visited

families with a psychologist, an evangelistic team and social workers.

They found continued problems of extreme poverty, malnutrition,

Children at Risk and sub standard housing. Approx. 836 people

received clothes, beds, mattresses, doors, shoes and toys. We

provided haircuts, medical & laboratory care and dentistry to

hundreds of people.

32 people received Jesus and were left in the care of the local church for discipleship. We also visited some of

the people who received Jesus in the last outreach and it was a great blessing to see how they have grown

spiritually. We taught the children Biblical principles and themes like the Father Heart of God and

Forgiveness. Several of these children are now part of our home. We finished with the Peace & Forgiveness

Ceremony where victims of the civil war in Colombia, widows and orphans publically forgive their aggressors and

pledge to not seek vengeance.

Our year began with the previous group of boys and then a little while later

we added nine new ones as well, also from Cordoba, Colombia. At the moment

we have 17 boys in care and we hope to fill our new home shortly.

This year we expect to see the last of

our teenagers graduate from our pro-

gram. God has allowed Jorge Elías Soto

Argumedo to study English in one of the

best schools in Medellin with a full

scholarship because of his good grades

in school. We hope t we will see him accomplish his life goals this year.
