The schematic presents our approach to energy projects step by step.

We believe that the first step when trying to manage something is to

measure it, so we conduct a detailed audit where we measure all available

quantitative data that will feed into a sophisticated modeling system.

This modeling process leads to the energy assessment and the drafting

of the feasibility study and the appropriate energy efficiency solutions

according to a cost benefit analysis.

Our ESCO model is based on an Energy Saving Performance Contract

(EPC). Energy Performance Contracting leverages the cost savings from

energy efficiency measures and energy retrofitting to provide the capital;

to repay the cost of the project and the cost of the investment.

The technical risk is transfered from the client/beneficiary to us, since the

repayment is tied to the demonstrated performance.

Energy Performance Contracting is a means to deliver energy efficiency

retrofitting and installations’ improvement to clients, who might lack the

capital, engineering knowledge, manpower or managerial capacity and

availability.
