This document provides the current labeling and formats for the PMF31855 converter, along with minor proposed changes to address field issues.
The larger top label on each converter, contains a serial number, description, power information, and part number. The serial number breakdown is provided by year, month, day, and a 4 digit number. Serial numbers can’t repeat as they are tied to specific dates. This format can be modified per customer requirement.

To address possible field friction issues of damaging the label, we can add soft rubber, non slip adhesive pads. This would raise the converter body off the surface approximately 5.0mm.
Note:1. An additional option for protection of the label against any liquid or

Inside each individual converter box will be a card with a weblink and QR code to access the installation manual via the website. A full copy of the manual will be printed and included in each master carton. There are 33 individual boxes per master carton and one manual per carton of 33 converters.
