About HAXLR8R: HAXLR8R is a mentor-driven, seed-funded accelerator designed to identify, invest in, and support entrepreneurs who are

solving world issues by blending hardware and software technologies. The 111-day accelerator takes place in the mecca

of electronics, Shenzhen, China, which allows these companies to work directly with manufactures and create lean and

successful hardware companies. Today, 10 new hardware companies will present their innovations during HAXLR8R

Demo Day. To-date, 50 startups have been hatched by HAXLR8R.

HAXLR8R has accelerated 50 innovative hardware companies and is considered to be the poster child of the 'hardware

renaissance’. For more information, visit www.haxlr8r.com, follow us on Twitter @haxlr8r #HAX and follow the

HAXLR8R companies on Kickstarter: www.kickstarter.com/pages/haxlr8r.

Linkitz is the friendship bracelet for the digital age that is colorful, modular, smart and social. Personalize Linkitz with

your own unique light patterns and sounds using simple programming.

Linkitz is a new kind of wearable made just for kids. Linkitz is modular -- every link is a little electronic toy with its own

behavior that kids can play with right out of the box. Linkitz snap together allowing kids to create their own wearable

that can do anything: sparkle when a friend is near, send secret messages, or chime along with a hand-clapping game.

Swap links in and out to create something new. The possibilities are endless.

Linkitz is designed for kids and doesn't require any knowledge of programming, but Linkitz comes with a kid-friendly

visual programming language that lets kids change how their links behave. Instead of "teaching" programming, Linkitz

gives kids age-appropriate programming tools and a great reason to use them!

Voltera’s PCB printer uses conductive ink and can be prototyped within minutes, eliminating the frustrations with

traditional fabrication processes, to drastically reduce hardware development time. Printed circuit boards (PCB) are the

backbone of electronic products, but traditionally only special machines can make them and this process along with

shipping cause delays and added costs.

Key features of Voltera include:

Circuit Board Printer: Print dual layer PCBs on FR4 with 10mil space/trace. Our 20mΩ/sq sheet resistance and conventional soldering makes prototyping a breeze

Solder Paste Dispenser: Forget stencils. Pop your board in and dispense solder paste onto printed OR traditionally fabbed boards

Reflow Oven: With a 550W heater watch your components reflow and skip the hassle of hand soldering altogether.

The Voltera V-One allows for affordable iterations with no more MOQs, setup fees or shipping costs. Circuit boards are

printed in minutes eliminating the need to wait for overseas suppliers – just hit print. The Voltera V-One is easily to

setup – just input Gerber’s and print circuits onto FR4.

Voltera has teams in Kitchener, Canada and Shenzhen, China.
