and its sponsors. This will be a very effective tool with all events and
other information relevant to Christmas Jubilee in a single, very
attractive location. Christmas Jubilee’s Program will be distributed at
the Mobile Convention Center during Christmas Jubilee as well as at
local retail stores, advertiser’s businesses, and direct mailed to certain
households in coastal Alabama. It will also be produced in digital form
for inclusion on JLM website and social media platforms.

an average household income above $100,000 and travel from three
states, from Gulfport, MS to Pensacola, FL. In addition to shoppers,
JLM’s 1600 members average 40 years old with a household income
average over $140,000.
About Christmas Jubilee:The Junior League of Mobile (JLM) is hosting its 33rd annual
shopping market, Christmas Jubilee, at the Mobile Convention
Center, November 8-11, 2017. Christmas Jubilee features over 100
merchants who sell to a crowd of more than 15,000 attendees from
across the Gulf Coast. As JLM’s primary fundraiser, Christmas Jubilee
is vital to our efforts in supporting and partnering with community
agencies such as St. Mary’s Home, Feeding the Gulf Coast, Dumas
Wesley Community Center, Prodisee Pantry Food Program, The
Joseph Project, and Distinguished Young Women. This is just a partial
list of the 18 non-profit agencies and 36 community programs JLM
assists in operating.
About The Junior League of Mobile:The Junior League of Mobile is an organization of women committed
to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and
improving communities through the effective action and leadership
of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and
charitable.
The Junior League of Mobile contributes over $1 million dollars per
year in volunteer time and money to support 36 community programs
with 18 different non-profit agencies in the Mobile and Baldwin
county communities. In addition, JLM trains volunteers to become
community and civic leaders through service and volunteerism.
