Ellen Levinas, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York has a long history of working experience and educational background. Creation and writing has always been a passion of Ellen's that has turned into a successful Virtual Assistant business, but not without the hard work and effort put forth by Ellen's "Go Get them" Attitude.

Ellen is a published author of how-to guides, as well as a graduate of the University of Phoenix, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business/e-Business; she also has many years of experience in office management, administrative assistant work, and a vast array of other skills contributing to her Virtual Assistant business today.

Ellen's primary goal is to assist others in succeeding in any type of business venture; whether, it is a store front operation, corporation or online business. Thus we have her Virtual Assistant business in which Ellen helps people do the work that others are unable to do, do not know how to do, or simply don't have enough time to do. Ellen's willingness to help anyone that needs a helping hand can be seen in her many testimonials of satisfied clients.

On the very first page of this media kit is a question that is askedmore often than not; thus, I will reiterate on this page, as it is an important question to be answered.

Q: What is a Virtual Assistant?A: A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a highly-trained independent entrepreneur who provides a myriad of administrative support services via the Internet to meet the growing needs of all professionals, entrepreneurs and businesses.

Q: Do you ever actually meet your clients; such as, face-to-face meetings?A: Yes, I do; however, it all depends on where the client is located. For example: If a client is located in New York City, then I have no problem meeting with him/her in person since I am very close to NYC. If potential clients are out of state, or out of the country, then we simply use what is readily available to us to speak, chat, video, etc. There is always a way to communicate.

Q: How do you work? Meaning per an hourly rate, or per project, and/or do you have packages?A: This question requires a more in depth answer that can be seen on my services page, both on my website and in this media kit; however, depending upon what the client wants or needs, I work in a number of ways. Typically I charge an hourly rate, with a set amount of hours per week, or month; which, is called a retainer package. A contract is sent out to the client outlining the work to be completed along with a confidentiality agreement. Half of the payment total is paid before any work should begin, and the other half is paid upon completion of the hours/month. Depending on how many hours a client purchases determines what discount amount he/she will receive. I also have newly implemented Social Media Packages for the client who just wants Social Media work done. Anything lower than five hours would be work done on a per project basis. Either way a custom quote would be created to fit clients needs.

Q: Who is your ideal client?A: My ideal client is anyone who wants to succeed in their business, no matter what business that they are in. This client needs help, support and assistance, so that he/she can concentrate on their bottom line, and not on the “to do list” that they may have sitting in front of them, unknowing of what, or how to accomplish majority of what’s on that list. However, the above is not limited to only one person at a time, clients can stem from small to mid-sized businesses all the way to large corporations. Assistance is here for any person, company, or business that needs a helping hand. VA’s and clients come to know one another, trust each other, form bonding relationships, and get used to way things work with each other on all levels. There is nothing like forming a new working relationship, and then still be working together five years later. This makes for a wonderful, and mutually beneficial business venture, with the success to go right along with it for both the client and the VA.

Q: What is your hourly rate?A: Typically my hourly rate is $40.00 per hour, but keep in mind that depending upon which package is chosen, there is a discount associated with this price. Please see my retainer packages as outlined in this media kit, as well as our website.
