Topic Patronage
Patronage of a topic is an innovation from Immobilien Manager Verlag. In 2013 this won the Innovation Prize for the Rudolf Müller Publishing Group.
The ideaCompanies present a rubric or topic – e.g. fitting its particular field of business – in immobilienmanager as the patron of that rubric or topic. To enhance the efficacy of the advertisement patronages with the readers, we use an element e.g. from the existing print ad campaign and have it run through the rubric and/or topic. Patronages are developed individually for companies.
What is new and especially innovative about topic patronage?Patronages are different from the classical print advertisement in that they facilitate subliminal contact between the reader and the advertisement in the edited text. Anyone who wants to reach people has to “touch” them. The visual for a patronage touches the reader starting on the first page and goes with him to the ad.
What benefit does this innovation have for the advertisements?Patronage promotes individual and sustained communication with customers and links the company to “his topic” since patronages are exclusively available at booking of at least 5 issues.
