TECHNIQUE OF MEDITATION
1.Sit in comfortable meditativeposture with hands resting on
knees either in chin or jnana
mudra.
2.Close your eyes and relax.
3.Bring your attention towardsyour surrounding sound.

4. Now slowly bring your attention towards body.
5.Then Bring complete attention on your incoming and
outgoing Breath and watch it.
6.With each breath you will feel that your body is becoming
relaxed, calm and quiet.
7.Do it for a comfortable period of time;Staring from 5
minutes to going up to 20 minutes. However, time is not ofmuch importance ,your Ease and comfortlevel are.

palming on your eyes and then open your eyes slowly.

1.Place of practice should be calm , quiet and

2.It should be practiced in open area where there is
proper ventilation.
3.Posture of meditation should be comfortable.
