We are to esteem andreverence the name of our Father inHeaven, at all times and in all places,and give u nto Him the honor due u ntoHis name . ! 3The kingdom of God is a kingdom ofrighteousnes s and truth , in which thechildren of our Heavenly Father havean interest. We are not only to pray forthe coming of the kingdom of God

,that

the truths of the gospel may be spreadthroughout the earth, and that all man !

kind shall love and serve the Lord; butit is our duty to show forth its truthsin our daily lives , and to help in thespread of the gospel , by giving of ourtime

,talents, and means, as we are able .The Lord will require of us an accountof what we have done with our talents .

We have all sinned and come short ofthe gloryofGod,and are dependent uponHis love and mercy in the forgivenessand pardon of our sins. ! Let the wickedforsake his way, and the unrighteousman his thoughts : and let him returnunto the Lord, and he will have mercyupon him; and to our God, for he willabundantly pardon .! Inthis petition weare taught it is our duty, as children ofour Father in Heaven, to forgive thosewho do us in!ury ; and that we shouldhold no bitter thoughts against them .
