The Medway UTC Model• 600 students (150 intake per year)

• Business hours (e.g. 8.15am-5.15pm)

• Pre 16: 60% general and enrichment, 40% technical

• Post 16: 40% general and enrichment, 60% technical

• Delivery through work-related projects

• Instruction/mentoring/guidance through employers
