REVALIDATION OF OLD CERTIFICATE

Aquaculture also known as Aqua farming, it is the farming of aquatic organisms such as fish, molluscs, aquatic plants etc. Aquaculture involves cultivating freshwater and saltwater populations under controlled conditions

and can be contrasted with commercial fishing.

The main use of the Revalidation of old certificate service is to avail the Licence form for the registered farms and unregistered farms; whether the farms are cultivating the culture aspects according to the guidelines of fisheries act. To

apply this service, citizen needs to approach Meeseva Franchise. This service comes under Fisheries Department.

The issuing authority of Revalidation of old certificate is District Fisheries Officer.

Procedure for applying the Request at Kiosk End: - This section contains instructions for the operators of the Meeseva web application to apply for Revalidation of old certificate

1) In Meeseva home screen, under List of Services, select Fisheries department

services as depicted in Figure 1.

2) Select Revalidation of old certificate Service in Fisheries Department as depicted in Figure 2.

3) Now Revalidation of old certificate Request Screen will be displayed as depicted in Figure 3.

4) Enter Registration/License Number and Farm details as depicted in Figure 4.

5) Enter Application details, address for communication and Informant details as depicted in figure 5.

6) Upload the necessary supporting documents as indicated in the Revalidation of old

certificate request page. Scan the documents and upload into the system, as depicted in Figure 6.

Note: All the mandatory fields have to be filled in; otherwise request will not be accepted by the system. 7) Click Show Payment. Another window appears requesting to Confirm Payment as depicted in figure 7.

Note: - Based on the delivery option chosen by the citizen, the service charges will be calculated and displayed in Show Payment.

8) Collect the amount from the Citizen. Check the declaration by the applicant and click Confirm Payment to submit the request as depicted in figure 8.

9) On confirmation, a receipt will be generated as depicted in the following figure 9. The receipt will contain the Certificate delivery date. Note: Ensure that you have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA), else the system will not accept the request.

Note: - On submission of the request, Citizen Receives Message. Like your Request for

Revalidation of old certificate form has been entered vide Application Number, Transaction Id

and sent to Dept.

10) On submission, the request will be sent to the work flow of the respective District level

Committee for further processing.

11) Once the request is approved by Fisheries Officer, then the citizen need to collect the Revalidation of old certificate from franchisee where he/she applied.
