Our History

Founded in 2009 in London, and opening US operations in 2015, Meet are a privately owned Life Sciences staffing agency that partner with a range of top Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical Research Organisations and Communication agencies. Through seven years of development we have reached a number of milestones but we have always been aware that our history has been built on a belief that every client relationship is fundamental to our growth. We are proud to say that we have not lost a client in our history. We strive to exceed expectations and ensure a high level of service is continuously delivered to our clients. Hello, I’m a co-founder of Meet, and have enjoyed a career of over a decade in Life Sciences search and staffing. When starting Meet, my vision was clear. To build a dynamic and niche Life Sciences staffing company, with bags of knowledge, personality, energy and drive to be a market leader in it’s field.

I lead on C- Suite, Director and VP level searches, and give strategic counsel to our client base on all matters from direct hiring strategies, best practice in retention and career development programmes.

Hi, I’m Alastair, one of the 3 co-founders of Meet. I have recently relocated to our New York office to head up the Life Sciences offering in the US. I’m a former Pharmatimes Finalist and have recruited for over 9 years into the pharmaceutical industry. I’m now in the role of Client Director in which I’m available to offer my expertise to all Meet’s clients whilst ensuring our consultant team continue to deliver the quality and professionalism that has marked Meet out as an agency of choice.

I’m Laith, the Division Director of Meet in New York and head up and lead the Healthcare Communications & Life Sciences divisions on the East Coast of America. We have an established client base across both divisions for both permanent and contract positions, also offering executive search for senior level and executive jobs. In terms of the Life Sciences side to the business, we have a dedicated team of experienced recruiters working across Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Quality Assurance, Medical and Pharmacovigilance.
