Observance & Adherence
Pupil’s Diary
The Pupil’s Diary is the primary mode of communication.
All parents/guardians will be informed of your child’s homework, any
supplies needed for class activities and school/class matters. I will
also leave little notes in it, whenever the need arises, to provide feedback
on your child’s progress and development.
Make-Up Work
In the event that your child is absent from school, your child will be given
ample time to complete all the make-up worksheets and assignments.
Class Rules / Expectations
P5How you can help your child at home
• Promote a reading & speaking culture in accurate English
& Mother Tongue:
– Children read when they see their parents read.
– Children model how their parents speak.
• A proper PLACE & regular TIME for study
– Away from TV, computer & electronic devices
– Sit beside your child; your presence means much to him/her.
– Check your child’s school diary and bag for homework &
assignments.
• Enough SLEEP
“Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a
habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny.”
