MEETING NO. 1 CLARENCE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT

JULY 13, 2020

A Regular and Annual Reorganization Meeting of the Board of Education of the Clarence Central School District was held on Monday evening, July 13, 2020 at Clarence High School, 9625 Main Street, Clarence, New York. Mr. Richard Mancuso, Clerk of the Board, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., and led the Pledge of Allegiance. 1. The Clerk of the Board stated that Tricia Andrews, Joshua Lynch and Dawn Snyder have signed a sworn Oath of Allegiance to the Constitution of the United States in accordance with New York State Law and, therefore, are official participating members of the Clarence Board of Education. Their term of office is July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023.

2. The District Clerk held a vote for President and Vice President for the 2020-21 school year. Michael Fuchs was elected President and James Boglioli was elected Vice President.

3. President Fuchs had the Board of Education Members sign the Clarence Central School District Board of Education Code of Conduct and filed by the District Clerk.

4. It was moved by Mr. Boglioli and seconded by Mr. Priore that the Board add the following to the agenda under Personnel: P5 (Summer Curriculum Projects) and P10 (Special Education Services) and to approve the meeting agenda for July 13, 2020.

She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from D’Youville College. Ms. Hauer has additional training in autism and assistive technology. Her most recent position was with the West Seneca CSD. NAME: Julie Mampe TYPE: Probationary TENURE AREA: Assistant Principal EFFECTIVE DATE: July 14, 2020 PROBATIONARY PERIOD: July 14, 2020 through July 13, 2024 CERTIFICATION STATUS: Holds Professional Certification as a School Building Leader and School District Leader, Permanent Certification in English 7-12, Pre K, K & Grades 1-6 & Literacy B-12 ANNUAL SALARY: $84,000 prorated ASSIGNMENT: Mrs. Mampe earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and English Education from SUNY College at Buffalo, a master’s degree in Literacy from St. John Fisher College, and a master’s degree in Education from SUNY at Buffalo. Julie served as Assistant Principal at Clarence High School from 2015 through 2018. Most recently she held the position as Elementary Principal at South Davis
