Welcome to my Guide for Rockman Exe or called in English Megaman BattleNetwork. This Guide might has some spoilers. If you never played this series,you are missing out on one of the best series in history. I'm telling youthis. I'm using a Japanese version of the game, so from here and on I'm goingto refer to Characters and Chip names in Japanese. There is a translation pageat the bottom if you're using an English version. And I haven't confirmed ifsome of the mystery data's are changed in the JP version and the EG version.If you know the answer to this please tell me and I'll put your name in theCredits section. This guide is still in it's first draft. So it'll probablyhave tons of information that's not complete. Feel free to E-mail me if youknow something, or have some requests. I want this guide to be the best on theplanet.

Navi: Rockman

He's the main character that you control. He lives in Densan City. And he goesto Akihara Elementary. He's in 5th grade. He's not that smart, but hisnet-battling is top notch.

Navi: Roll

She's your neighbor. She's lively, and kind. You'll have to do some small jobsfor her.

*************Ooyama Dekao*************

Navi: Gutsman

A very good friend of Netto. He'll put his life on the line for his friends.But his net-battling isn't impressive at all.

*****************Ayanokouji Yaito*****************

Navi: Glide

She's 8, and she's already in 5th grade. And she's a rich spoiled brat.

A Power model Navi. And he has a lot of similarity with Dekao.

He is a gentleman. He uses gorgeous, and rare chips to fight, and win battles.

He loves rare chips. And that was used in order for him to become a member ofthe WWW.

A lady that loves causing trouble to other people.

He wants the world to go back to electricity, and machines and to make thathappen he joins the WWW.

Another Mysterious Navi that lurks deep in the internet area. A rumor says hefights like a ninja.

A navi that lurks deep in the Ura-Internet. His power is feared by everyone.He desires more power to become the strongest navi. He has a grudge againsthuman beings.

Select - During Cut-Scenes you can skip it.

R trigger - In the Chip Folder, or Data Library. Press to go down one page.

Start - Go back.

Select - In Chip Folder, and Data Library. Orders in what ever order you want.

A button - Use Battle Chips. B button - Buster.

D-Pad - Move Rockman in Battle.

L trigger - When the gauge is full you can go to the custom screen.

R trigger - When the gauge is full you can go to the custom screen.

Start - Pause.

Select - Nothing.

A button - Select Battle chip.

B button - Cancel last Battle chip selected.

D-Pad - Move cursor.

L trigger - Nothing.

R trigger - Information on chip.

Start - Automatically go to OK.

Select - Go to Battle Screen without the Custom Screen.

You can check Rockman's ability, you can also make him stronger by using PowerUp Programs. There are 3 types of Programs. HP Memories, Buster Ups, andArmors. When you use a program Rockman's level goes up. If you get everythingRockman's level should end up at Level 100.

This place is located in the school. The HP Memory is located in the middleshelf. Just examine like crazy.

The HP Memory is in the West-side. You can enter here from Classroom 1-B, orjust enter from Area 2.

You get an HP Memory from Masa, after you beat Sharkman in Scenario 6.

The HP Memory is in the center. When you come from Area 1, you should see theMystery Data when you come from the warp.

The HP Memory is located in the very East. It's in the middle hill that shouldbe red.

I'll put (Note:) after something if I think you should do that. But that willonly help you for things such as Boss Fights. It's not necessary. If you wantto just beat the game with your skill then skip the Notes.

One more thing. When I'm telling you to go to a specific direction I always use Netto/Rockman's eyes. Like lets say Netto is facing to the front of his house. And I tell you to go left. You should be going to the direction where Meiru's House is. Got it.

Sometime I'll be giving you directions using North, South, East and West. Knowyour compass. I'll sometimes give you South-West. Do you know how to read thisor which way to go? Here's a diagram for you people who don't.

1) Head straight until you meet up with Glide. He'll give you Yaito's Address.2) Now head straight, and take a right.3) Just keep on going straight until you have a choice of going left or right.4) We're going to take the left. Nothing on the right. And go pass the Skull Door, and go down the hill.5) Now keep on going West. And follow the path. Until you see another path.6) Now remember this spot. You have to come back here. Now take that path, and that'll get you to a Shop Merchant. Buy one HP Memory.7) Now keep on following the path, until you see a Green Robot. This is the Program guy Glide was looking for. Now talk to him, and go back to where I told you to remeber.8) Now keep on following the path until you get to a warp point. And go through with Yaito's Address.

1) Talk to Glide. You get a SpreadGun I.2) Keep on following the path until you get to a Mystery Data. It's a Recovery 30 L.3) Plug-Out.

1) Talk to the Programs if you want. And go South-West.2) Now you should see two fires. We can't do anything yet, so go West to get to a Mystery Data containing a ShotGun Q.3) Now just follow the other path to another Mystery Data containing 400 Zennys.4) Keep on going straight. Turn when you have to, and then turn again.5) You should be at another area with a Mystery Data containing AreaSteal A.6) Now go back to the place where you turned to get to this area. Keep on following the path to a Green carpeted area. And you should see a Program.7) Talk to him to acquire 7 Ice Blocks. Now turn back and follow the path.

1) Examine the place where you got your P.E.T.2) You get the Water-Gun.3) Go downstairs.

8) Now keep on going taking the first right.9) You should get to a Mystery Data containing a Sword B. And keep on folowing the path.10) Now go South. You should see two fires. Take one down, with an Ice Block.11)Take the Mystery Data containing 200 Zennys.12)And go through the warp.

1) Alright now go straight, a little, and take a right. Rockman's Right.2) You should see another Mystery Data. It contains another ShotGun Q.3) Now extinguish one of the flames above you. You should have 5 more.4) Follow the path to another Mystery Data. It contains 500 Zennys.5) Now extinguish one of the fires here. So you can move to the north path.6) You get to another Mystery Data. It contains a SmallBomb T.7) Now extinguish the fires here so you can move on.

Note: If you don't have any more Ice Blocks for some reason, Go back to where you first got it.

8) This is the part where you should save. Put the Sword in your folder. And those other chips you got while you were here. When you're ready move on.

1) Now go down the hall. Skip one door, because it'll just take you back to where you were just now. So skip one door, and take the next door.

1) Now go all the way North. And there should be some stacked up desks.2) Examine them to get a Panel Out 1 B.3) Now take the door closest to you.

1) Go all the way to the back of this room. And examine the shelfs.2) You get a Escape H.3) Leave.

1) Now go all the way South.2) And enter the door closest to you.

1) Talk to everyone.

Note:You can fight with Dekao if you want. But there's no point right now.

2) Go up to the Black Board.3) Talk to Dekao.

4) Talk to Meiru. She'll give you Roll R.5) Now Plug-In to the Black Board.

1) Start by moving foward.2) And follow the path.3) After you go through the narrow walkway, just head straight.4) You get to a Mystery Data containing a ShockWave L.5) Now go back a little, and follow the path to Area 2.

-------------------------School's Computer Area 2-------------------------

1) Now follow the path all the way. Skip the pathway on the way.2) You should get to a Mystery Data containing 800 Zennys.3) Now go back to that pathway we skipped.4) Take that path to get to the other part of Area 1.

-------------------------School's Computer Area 1-------------------------

1) Follow the path to a door.2) The door wants the number of Chairs in Classroom 5A.

-------------Classroom 5A-------------

1) Count the Chairs in this room. Then press L to talk to Rockman.2) Rockman will answer if you have the answer. Say yes, and put the amount of Chairs there are. You'll have to input it 09.

-------------------------School's Computer Area 1-------------------------

3) Now the door is open.4) Now follow the path to Area 2.

-------------------------School's Computer Area 2-------------------------

1) Follow the path until you get to a cross. You have to go straight, but we're taking a right here first.2) So follow the path to get to a Mystery Data containing a Hi-Cannon J.3) Now go back to the cross ection.4) Now go straight, and up the hill to get to another door.5) This door wants the number of Volumes of the World History Books in the Library.

1) Head to the Library.

Classroom 5A >>> Second Floor Hallway >>> Library

1) Go straight all the way to the Book Shelf.2) Examine the Book Shelf.3) Now talk to Rockman, and input the number 30.

6) Now follow the path to another door.7) This door is special. It's random. So what I would do is to input 50. And it'll tell you if the number is lower or higher. Then you just keep on guessing. Follow the path to another Icy path.9) Just go across. Then keep following the path. You should see a Mystery Data on the way. Grab it to get a Triple Arrow A.10)Follow the path to get to another Warp.

1) This place maybe the most frustrating part of the game. Alright start by going across the icy panel.2) Now you should be in this huge area, with ice. Well be right next to the ice. And from there just move up. You should fall into a hole.3) From there go up the hill, and follow the path to a Faucet.4) Turn it on once, and turn it off. Now follow the path that you haven't taken yet.5) Now you should fall into the icy panels. It'll lead you under the Faucet that you just turned on. You can now actually walk on the thing.6) From where you are, walk down the panel four times.7) Now slide yourself into that hole that you see in the North.8) Examine the Mystery Data for a Buster Up.9) Follow the path to another Faucet.10)Turn it on, then turn it back off.11)Now take that ledge right there, and fall off.12)Now you should be back where you started.13)Now run to the opposite side.14)Now run into the ice.15)This should take you back under the Faucet.16)Now run across the path until you get stopped by a hole.17)From here you should see the other path, so from where you are standing, angle yourself, and slide to that other path.18)Now angle yourself so that you are standing in front of that hole, that stopped you.19)You should see a path on your Bottom Right Hand Corner of your screen.20)So angle yourself, so that you can slide into that path.21)Follow that path to a warp.

And the 4 Blocks surround it. That's about it.You can't cross the roads. There are Signal Lights. So you have to wait forthe lights to change so you can move on. Or you can take the underground pathto get to the other side. The Metro is in the 3rd Block.

In this area, it starts out blue, so the next time you touch a orb, the color changes to red. Get it? Well if you don't just follow my guide.2) It's Blue right now. So follow the Blue path.3) You'll come up to a orb. So touch it.4) The color is Red, so follow the red path.5) Another orb, touch it to make the Blue path appear. You guys getting this?6) Follow the Blue path until you come up to another orb. Now you can go across the Red path.7) Follow the Red path to another orb. Now the Blue path is available.8) Follow the Blue path until you get to another orb.9) Don't touch it yet. Now touch it so that you're going to take the bottom path. Now it turns Red. Now go through the other orb. That makes the Red Paths light up.8) Follow the Red Path until you get back to where the two orbs are.9) Now take the left one.(Your screen.)10)That orb should make the Blue Paths light up. So just run straight until you see a Blue Path.11)Just keep on following the path until you get to another orb.12)Angle yourself so you face the top path. And run through. And just go around the Red Path, and repeat the same way you first got to the orb.7) Now keep on going down. And you'll see a hill. We're not interested with the one in front of us. We're interested with the one right next to it.8) So run to that hill, and grab the Mystery Data containing a HP Memory.9) Now go back up the hill, and go through the orb right next to you.10)Go down the hill to get to another orb.11)Go through it to light up the Red Path.12)Follow that Red Path to another area with two orbs.13)Take the orb on top first. The Blue Paths are now lit.14)Now hit the other orb, now it's back to Red.15)Now follow the path thats leading North-West.16)Hit that orb to go straight into another orb, that makes the Red Path light up.17)Keep following the path until you get to the Control Panel.18)Examine it, and Plug-Out.

Ok this place is a bit different from other areas. Mainly because of the storyline. First of all everytime you get hit in battle, the Energy Gauge will losepower. And when you lose all your Energy, Rockman won't be able to recoverafter battle. So try not to get hit that much. The other thing about this areais that there are invisible paths. So try to follow my guide. Oh and one morethere are programs in these area that are corrupted. So when you talk to themyou'll go into battle. Good luck.

1) Start by running straight. Don't worry, you'll be running on a Invisible path.2) When you get to a area with three holes, see that little panel that's sticking out on top of you? Go there.3) Now run straight to a lone panel.(Invisible Path.)4) Keep on running straight to a Mystery Data that contains a Recovery 120 C.5) Go back to the lone panel.6) Now run South-West to another set of panels.7) Follow it to the end. Now run straight from there to another panel.8) From here head North-West, to another panel.9) Get to the end of these panels, and run to the right of the screen.10)Follow the path to a Program.11)Talk to the Program to get a Cyber Battery A.12)Now keep on following the path.(Not the way you came.)13)When you get to the end, run to the right of the screen to another set of panels.14)Follow that to the end, and run down to a lone panel.15)From the lone panel, run right to a long set of panels.16)I bet you're thinking you have to run all the way to the end for this one.
