The capital city of North Meliora, Cynser, is a fast-growing, dynamic metropolis

heritage and a strict Melioran social order. Bordered by the neighboring countries, the city is

surrounded by shimmering rivers and towering trees. In point of wealth and population, Cynser

is ranked in the middle. Without any general design or any attention to symmetry, the space

within the streets of Cynser were laid out as convinience dictated. Tracing the lines of the

street, the erection of buildings along these streets run around the whole length of the city. The

precipitous banks of the lake near Cynser allows the fertile soil around the area to be crop-able.

Furthermore, the massive amounts of trees beside the river made it possible for tourist to visit

is located on the far side of Meliora, with warm weathers throughout the four seasons. The city

is at the center of geography. The highest mountains are all located in Scotger with various of

different scenic spots. The rivers in and out of the city not only make it more beautiful, they

also moderate its climate as well. Scotger has one of the best climates in the entire Meliora.

Commercial and banking industries thrived in the city, which gradually cultivates the city into

becoming an international city in the near future.

Meliora

Brightel City is located in between the two major rivers of Meliora. It is the nation's

capital, as well as its busy center of commerce, government and culture. With a dense population

per square kilometer, Brightel City has the highest population density among the largest cities in

Meliora. The significant population growth in Brightel is the result of people moving to the city

in search for better economic and educational opportunities in the past several decades. As for

Knertz, international tourists often find it as the city with the most famous scenic spots, because

rivers, forests, and mountains such great quality views are all located around Knertz. In addition,

national parks in Knertz have attracted many tourists with great interest of the wild. Lastly,

Troyton is a city located between the land of construction with a population of one million.

Increasing numbers of power plants are slowly added into the city, for it has a fairly vast land

for such constructions. Overall, mainland Meliora’s geographical and historical uniqueness has

given rise to a diversity of ethnic groups and cultures. This economic, cultural, and trend-setting

country is the ideal country for people to dwell in, as we of course, welcome a wide variety of

immigrants from all around the world.

South Meliora

Haviana is a modern city with high-rise buildings, shopping malls and vast international

hotels. The modern buildings conceal traditional parks and numerous architectural treasure. A

good place to start exploring the city is its town square, where the majority people are located.

Alive among the people, you can see people jogging and singing in the park. Haviana is at its

best in the late spring and autumn. Autumn is a particularly pleasant time to visit as the days are

warm and the laves of the many trees in the city turn glorious shades of red and gold. The heat

and humidity of the summers and the biting wind in the winter can sometimes be extreme.

Meliora is separated into three large pieces of land—Meliora, North Meliora, and South Meliora. The climate varies on each part of the nation, but the climate mainly varies between a tropical, cold, and temperate climate. Meliora is a tropical country with an abundant amount of tropical fruits and fish. With a climate such as Meliora’s tropical atmosphere, the country is backpacked with a stable food source and a rich and promising food trade. Tropical forests encompass not only mist enshrouded rain-forests but also remote the growth of fruits and fishes. Tropical forests are not a single ecosystem, but millions of unique ecosystems that are home to over half of the world’s plant and animal species, thus capable to provide Meliora with the most fresh food that can be imported worldwide. While most of the industrialized world senses little connection with the tropical forest, living in large, busy cities far away from these fertile ecological powerhouses, we continue to rely on them for out most fundamental needs. In addition, the forests regularly

saves our global food supply by offering new, disease-resistant crops. They have given use chemicals to treat or cure the diseases such as diabetes, inflammation and hundreds of other maladies. The nation is a seasonal country where weather ranges from a mild, gentle summer breeze to a chilling cold gust. With Meliora’s cold weather, the country reaps an ample water supply. The mountains that are equipped with Meliora’s cold season bring in an overflowing amount of tourists and a perfect vacation spot for local Meliorans. In Meliora, water acts as an assistance to the agricultural economy and a source of energy both for the need of drinking and to generate other types of energy. If the rapid population of the world continues increasing, the amount of water in Meliora can definitely be readily available to many people. Becoming a very valuable commodity, water is now evenly distributed among our own country. Irrigation schemes can then increase Melioran’s utilization of rivers throughout the country. Meliora is a temperate country where weather stays fairly warm throughout the first few months of each year. With a tint of dry climate to its usual cold weather, it provides a plentiful amount of coals, gold, and oil, the resources that allow our own country to produce great wealth. Mining in Meliora is a significant primary industry and contributor to the Melioran economy. Many different ores and minerals are mined throughout the country, including gold, oil and coals. The influx of wealth that gold brought to Meliora has greatly impacted its economy. On the other hand, coal is mined in unpopulated areas and is used to generated electricity throughout the country. A number of large multinational mining companies are located around South Meliora. Although it required high labor costs and safety regulations, Meliorans persisted on producing the best mining sectors in the world that is quite technologically advanced. For promotion of social welfare, melioran government provides public schools, public

hospitals, civic centers, public parks, roads, water supply and sewage systems, public health

facilities as public facilities. Meliora already has united-national universities and colleges.

For systematized medical treatment, national hospitals are supportive. Regularly, Melioran

government modernizes outdated public facilities. Melioran government generalizes public

division of education can be completed with a prelementary diploma at a Prelementary School.

Elementary school is a division with six grades: kinderlioran, first grade, second grade, third

grade, fourth grade, and fifth grade. Each grade, including kinderlioran, also called grade zero,

lasts throughout an eight month course. The cerebrum, brainstem, and cerebellum will be

activated throughout all six grades. Elementary school is mandatory for all Melioran Citizens.

The third division, middle-school is separated by three years, sixth grade, seventh grade, and

pubertigrade. Middle-school too, lasts throughout an eight month course. High-school is a four

grade course split by dramagrade, tenth grade, eleventh grade, and twelfth grade, with the

twelfth grade emphasizing on preparations for university. University is also known as tertiary

education, it can be certified by a private or a public university with certificates, diplomas, or

academic degrees. Prelementary, elementary, middle-school, and high-school can all be

completed, with a certification, in public schools that are funded by the government, in certified

private schools, and/or an approved and certified home-school program. Standardized tests for

the completion of each grade are made by each state school board. Citizens can be enlisted

under a Special Education Program if the requirements are met. A Special-Needs school

operates with the hope of helping each and every citizen with their challenges and each student’s

Meliora’s Healthcare and Public Health Policy is strongly supported by Melioran government

be obtained through a set of requirements issued by the Melioran Immigrational Department

Bureau. A Melioran Card can be issued, if requirements are met, to immigrants that is a refugee,

Diversity Immigrant, Employment-based, and/or family-sponsored. After obtaining a Melioran

Card, the immigrant, now a TempoMelioran, will have to live in Meliora for an additional year

to then further take the Citizenship test.

Voluntary/Obligatory Military Service

A male civilian is required to take a one 45 day military training when he reaches the age of 18.

All Melioran universities and high-schools will pardon the citizen’s leave so not to affect the

citizen’s educational/business endeavors. Citizens who hold a an authorized and legal handicap

card will not be required to join physical military training, however, he must go to a Melioran

Court to get an authorized document pardoning his training. Female citizens are required to take

a 3 week course on Melioran’s military rules.
