THE OPPORTUNITY

ARA is pleased to announce the availability of Melrose Place Apartments, a 25 unit pride of ownership community located in a solid B class neighborhood in Northeast Mesa. There are very few apartment communities in the Northeast Mesa submarket under 100 units.
