Melton Hill Pavilion Rentals

Melton Hill Dam Reservation has 4 pavilions available for rent. See map below. Each are $100 per day and can be used from 8 am till 8 pm. Pavilion Renters are responsible for placing all trash in garbage cans. Contact the onsite Campground Manager/Host or call 865-361-0436 to make reservations.

Pavilion #1 & 2 are at the overlook at the top of the hill and #3 & 4 are near the swim beach on the water.

Melton Hill Dam Reservation: Pavilion #1

Melton Hill Dam Reservation has 4 pavilions available for rent. Each are $100 per day and can be used from 8 am till 8 pm.

Pavilion Renters are responsible for placing all trash in garbage cans.

Pavilion #1 is located at the top of the hill at the overlook (not near the water). Of the two at top of hill, this is the pavilion to the WEST or the one most in the woods.

It has six 8’ long picnic tables, one electrical outlet with 2 plug-ins, and a large charcoal grill. Restrooms are about 575’ away. There is a water fountain nearby but no faucet.

The pavilion is 28’ wide x 45’ long. There is a paved path to the pavilion.

The pavilion, tables and access are built according to ADA Accessibility Guidelines.

Melton Hill Dam Reservation has 4 pavilions available for rent. Each are $100 per day and can be used from 8 am till 8 pm.

Pavilion #2 is located at the top of the hill at the overlook (not near the water). Of the two at top of hill, this is the pavilion to the EAST, or near the entrance to the circle drive.

It has six 8’ picnic tables, one electrical outlet with 2 plug-ins, and a large charcoal grill. Restrooms are about 370’ away.

The pavilion is 28’ wide x 45’ long. There is a paved path to the pavilion.

The pavilion, tables and access are built according to ADA Accessibility Guidelines.

Melton Hill Dam Reservation: Pavilion #3

Melton Hill Dam Reservation has 4 pavilions available for rent. Each are $100 per day and can be used from 8 am till 8 pm.

Pavilion Renters are responsible for placing all trash in garbage cans.

Pavilion #3 is located in the day use area near the campground, beach, and boat ramp. Of the two near the water, this is the pavilion farthest from the beach.

It has six 8’ picnic tables, one electrical outlet with 2 plug-ins, and a large charcoal grill. Restrooms are about 100’ away. An outdoor shower with a faucet is about 130’ away on the other side of the restrooms.

The pavilion is 28’ wide x 45’ long. There is a paved path to the pavilion.

The pavilion, tables and access are built according to ADA Accessibility Guidelines.

Melton Hill Dam Reservation has 4 pavilions available for rent. Each are $100 per day and can be used from 8 am till 8 pm.

Pavilion #4 is located in the day use area near the campground, beach, and boat ramp. Of the two near the water, this is the pavilion closest to the beach.

It has four 8’ picnic tables, four electrical outlets with 2 plug-ins, and a large charcoal grill. Restrooms are about 170’ away. An outdoor shower with a faucet is about 95’ away near the restrooms.

The pavilion is 30’ wide x 60’ long. There is no paved access to the pavilion.
