DISPLAY REQUEST SYNOD ASSEMBLY 2016

The N/W Lower Michigan Synod Assembly will begin on Sunday, May 15, and run through Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at the Crowne Plaza in Grand Rapids, MI. This year's theme is: "For the Life of the World.”

Table displays may be set up after 2pm on Sunday, May 15th. Displays will need to be arranged by 4pm, and removed by 2pm on Tuesday, May 17th. All displays at the Synod Assembly should be related to ELCA Ministries and committees of the Synod or budget support areas.

Display tables are available for a $45 rental fee for each table space (with electric) or $40 without electric. Tables come with two chairs, however, you are required to furnish or rent any special equipment that you will need. Please indicate whether you will need access to electricity on the registration form below, and whether you will need one outlet or two. Also, you must complete the 2016 Synod Assembly Registration form.
