Human brain can perform various activities like Creative visualization, Memory and learning, Executive planning, Emotional response, Social interaction etc. Getting the right nutrients at time is one main factor which can boost up the brain activities. The nutritional foods encourage the blood flow to the brain thus by resulting in cognitive process and emotions. To optimize the brain power its better to add on nutritional food in our menu.
