Pentecsot Sunday
Welcome and Announcements Prelude to Worship Call to Worship Holy Spirit, come with power HWB 26 God’s Spirit Baptizes the Church from Acts 2 New earth, heavens new HWB 229 Prayer Affirmation of Faith Romans 8:14-17 All who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.
We have not received a spirit that makes us fearful slaves. Instead, we have received God’s Spirit when we were
adopted as God’s children. Now we call God, “Abba, Father.”
For God’s Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children.
And since we are God’s children, we are God’s heirs. Together with Christ, we are heirs of God’s glory. For if we share in Christ’s suffering,
we will also share in Christ’s glory.
