For this reason, we have created thiscomprehensive toolkit to help you encourage you, your clients, and yourloved ones. We are raising awareness for mental wellness during Mental HealthMonth in May. OVERVIEWChristian Family Solutions has been providing mental health carethrough since being founded in 1965. Though several levels ofcare, including traditional outpatient counseling, IntensiveOutpatient Programs, and day treatment programs, we have servedthousands of people. OBJECTIVEMay is Mental Health Month. Designed to raise awareness andreduce the stigma surrounding mental illness, this initiativepresents an excellent opportunity to promote mental wellnesswithin your community. Research shows that one in five adultswill experience mental illness. Within the pages of this toolkit,you will f ind resources to share with those around you.
