Your fellow teachers are too cheerful for your liking and the walls of your classroom are closing in. You have started thinking 'WHATEVER' about your principal.

Reflecting on Mentorship
Say Something1. Sitting with your Mentor/Protégé
or a partner, individually, read to the designated stopping point. *
2. When each partner is ready, stop and “Say Something”
(e.g., an example, a connection to your work, a significant point)
3. Continue the process to the final stopping point.
The Mentorship Program
• New teacher induction week• 5 meetings throughout the
year– ½ day meeting– ½ day planning
• Time provided for mentor/protégé meetings
