ALOO PAPRI CHAATA refreshing, crunchy combination of fried wheat crisps (papri), boiled potato cubes, chickpeas and chopped onion in a fresh mint and tangy tamarind sauce, garnished with fresh coriander. Served cold.

KING PRAWN MASALA*An exotic preparation of king prawns, cooked in a rich masala gravy with its blend of spices distinctively flavoured with carom seeds (ajwain).

MAKNI PRAWNS*Twice cooked Fresh Prawns, prawns marinated in our spices first quickly seared in the tandoor and then finished off in a creamy makni sauce.
