Bi-Directional Structured Messaging

One can send structured communication from a back officeapplication to MeOnCloud. Examples of structuredcommunication are Account Debit Intimation, ShippingDelivery Confirmation and so on. When we say bi-directional structured communication, we mean that theMeOnCloud messenger users will also have the ability tocommunicate back to the back office application via astructured information packet.

Messages with ‘Rich Text’

MeOnCloud provides the ability to issue commandsthrough messages. Any message starting with adesignated special character ‘&’ is considered acommand. The command if configured at the backendwill trigger a transaction and will elicit a response as areply message. For example ‘&BAL’ could give youyour account balance as a reply message.

Private Subscriptions

MeOnCloud works on the concept of solicitednotification as against the unsolicitednotifications SMS deliver. A consumer has tosubscribe to an entity (enterprise) to receivenotification/messages from them. MeOnCloudsupports subscriptions which are public(automatic) and private which need priorapproval.
