As a strategic advisor, the core of Samir’s work is
focused on assisting foreign corporations to set up, establish, and flourish
in the Middle Eastern market; applying his
expertise in engineering, construction, and trading. !

Samir Khawaja brings to the table a track record of excellence as a businessman, an executive manager, and a strategic advisor to Fortune 500 companies.
Samir built the foundation of his experience in Kuwait developing his utilities engineering experience for Kuwaiti and British Engineering firms. He then went on to join Parsons Corporation, one of the largest engineering and construction organizations in the world, and a successful and active participant in major construction projects throughout the Gulf. During his tenure at Parsons, Samir served as Project Manager and Government Liaison for the Middle East, working on several major construction projects in excess of USD 150 million. In addition to this, Samir played a key role area of business development. He then moved to the United States, continuing to work for Parsons as Senior Projects Manager. He currently operates ELREHA Major Projects as its Chief Executive Officer.
Samir earned his BS degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA. !
