The Mercure Southampton Dolphin Hotel is in the city centre of

Southampton’s old town where it has stood for over 600 years,

serving throughout this period as a welcome place to rest for weary

travellers. Today the hotel is classed as a grade two listed building

and has undergone a £4 million redevelopment giving this historic

hotel the look it deserves.

Party Nights are available throughout December so to experience a

mouth-watering Christmas meal and then dance the night away to

music from our fabulous resident DJ, all you have to do is book!

Festive lunches in our Award winning Signature Restaurant are also

available.

Our chefs take great pride in their work, sourcing local produce

where possible, to create cuisine that suits every taste and is

complemented by a range of fine wines.

Cancellation/Reduction in Numbers

If you want to cancel your booking you must inform the hotel in writing and the

Hotel is entitled to retain your deposit in full

Once confirmed and pre-paid no refunds will be given
