introduction Meridian’s Customer Internet Access (CIA) is a simple and user-friendly website that allows you to do the following online:
• Place and track service calls • Order supplies • Enter meter readings • More
This guide is a condensed version of the instructions, concentrating on the tasks that you will use most often.

If you return to the home page of CIA you will see an area marked “Service calls”
“Pending”= call has been received
“Dispatched”= tech is on their way
“Cleared”= tech has completed the call

If you return to the home page of CIA you will see an area marked “Service calls” There, you are able to track the progress of your service calls, or place new service calls, 24/7.

tracking service calls You can view and print the entire history of all of your copiers. In the “Search” field, choose a particular copier, or even enter a keyword, to view all of the service calls where that machine or term appears. The Service History section is very useful to identify a copier that may have too many copies/prints and is starting to fail, or an end-user who needs more training on a particular copier.
