Our Prestigious Projects
In TEPL TechSupport department has come up with a brilliant
unique idea for achieving their weekly goal timely. Idea is that firstly
every week they take a goal individually. After a week the one who has
not achieved their goal or not completed their given task is supposed to
give a treat to whole team members. But the condition for the treat is
that everybody should have one voice for the choice of treat. It is
together decided, if any single disagrees then the treat is not avail up till
everybody come to a single decision.
This concept not only makes one a goal oriented also develops
team bonding among the team members.
