For parties larger than 20 people alternative methods of payment can be arranged. For any queries, please contact our friendly Box Office. ADDING TO & JOINING PARTIES If you want to add to your booking or join your friends, please contact our Box Office team. We strongly advise you contact us to make additions as far in advance as possible, as these are subject to availability. SHOW FORMAT All shows are configured with theatre style seating, in rows facing the stage. Parties are seated together at allocated tables. Our lovely floor staff will show you to your seats when you arrive. If you’ve ordered food this will arrive at your table shortly afterwards. Early & Late Shows have unallocated seating with no tables. IS THERE A DRESS CODE? Nope. Dress up or dress down. We want you to have a great time although we do prefer some clothes, people will be eating. WE ARE A TICKETLESS VENUE Once you have successfully booked you will receive a confirmation email. Please give your party name on door to gain entry. ORDERING YOUR FOOD If you wish to eat, you will need to book a food inclusive ticket, as food orders will not be taken on the night. We will need your food orders a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. You can do this as soon as you’ve made your booking by logging into my.glee.co.uk or by emailing the box office on [email protected]. Food not available on Early/ Late Shows. CAN WE PRE-ORDER DRINKS? Certainly! You can do this yourself by logging in via our website once your booking is made. We have some drinks packages available for groups, take a look at those & the menu on our website. Please note we can’t take pre-orders for drinks at Early/Late Shows but the bar will be open prior to the show and during intervals. CAN I SET UP A BAR TAB? We know big groups can be difficult to buy drinks for, so we are more than happy to set up a pre-paid bar tab for you (minimum £300) - just contact the Box Office. You can also set up a bar tab on the night of the show with a credit/debit card (we can’t accept American Express unfortunately). Or even better - pre-order drinks at my.glee.co.uk & we’ll serve them to your table. ARRIVING AT THE VENUE You will have been assigned an arrival time slot upon booking. It is essential that all members of your party arrive in good time to ensure a smooth start to the festive celebrations! Need a place to meet? The Glee Bar on the ground floor is open from 6pm for every Christmas Comedy Special, so please join us for a quick drink before taking your seats. THE COMICS Every show has a superb comedy atmosphere with four stand-up comedians. Our comics will always be top quality, but please note, on rare occasions the line up is subject to change. Our early shows take place in our Studio which seats 150 people, has its own bar and a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. We are unable to serve food in the studio, but there are lots of restaurants locally for you to enjoy a lunch before or dinner after the show.
