AL-FATHIHA(The opening)

“In the name of God

The Beneficent, the Merciful

Praise be to god, Lord of the worlds,

The Beneficent, the Merciful

Owner of the Day of Judgment

Thee do we worship,

Thee do we ask for help,

Guide us to the right path,

The path of those on whom

Thou hast bestowed thy Grace

Not (the path) of those who earn

Thine anger nor of those

Who go astray”.
