2 two ROLL REFINER

The K&KURT 2 two ROLL REFINER for chocolate

is designed with the latest technology. 2 roll refinercan be used as prefiner before 5 roll refiner orstand alone refiner with multiple refining proces.The crushing of chocolate ingredients between thetwo grinding rolls makes possible to use crystalsugar instead of powder sugar. In this way it ispossible to eliminate the humidity in chocolate.

It is possible to get high degrees of fineness from 2two roll refiner without causing damage to theproduct due to the overheating which is typical of

other types of refining processes. We obtained veryfine outputs during our tests.

K&K 2 two roll refiners have PLC automatic controls.

The results obtainable with theuse of the 2 two roll refiner inparticular, the fineness, flavor

and technologicalcharacteristics of the finishedproduct cannot be reproducedwith other types of systems.This is because otherprocesses take place during therefining process, and these arefundamental for the formation ofthe characteristics of the finalproduct. The area of contactbetween the two rolls is very

limited and 50% of the surfaceof the rolls is used as a coolingarea.
