Steve Meysing Assistant to the Bishop We pray for the families & friends of these individuals as they grieve: Laura, Lisa Werner’s sister Deryl Danielson Back in the Sanctuary, July 12! We will resume church services in the sanctuary Sunday, July 12, at 9 a.m. with Assistant to the Bishop Steve Meysing conducting the service. We will be serving communion at this service. Beginning July 19, we will be utilizing supply pas- tors until we have a full-time interim pastor. For the foreseeable future we will be observing the following guidelines: We will be social distancing in the sanctuary. This will allow for approximately 60 worshipers in the sanctuary. (We will use the narthex and fellowship hall for overflow. The fellowship hall will have the service projected on a vid- eo screen.) Communion will utilize a presealed package containing both the cup(grape juice) and the wafer (sorry, there is not a gluten-free option). There will be no congregation singing during the service. Please wear a mask. There will be no coffee hour before or after the service. Following the July 12 service, Pastor Meysing will explain the call process we will be undertaking, and he will answer any questions you may have regarding the call process. We are excited about returning to the sanctuary and hope to see you there.

Messiah Does Ministry!

The 32nd ANNUAL QUILT AUCTION at Carol Joy Holling will be held on July

25th from 9am-5:00pm. More information on the format of the event will

come closer to the date as directives and precautions continue to evolve. If

you’d like to donate a quilt for the auction, they may be sent to Carol Joy

beginning June 1st and received no later than July 20th.

The Coronavirus has definitely caused change to Our daily lives; but even so, we are called to serve God’s people in any way we can! During this time, Messiah remains committed to serving God through the gifts & talents that are abundant in our congregation! If you can sew, crochet, shop, give financially, pray, or help us with these ministry projects in any way, we encourage you to get involved!
