WELDING PROCESSES Thanks to our manufacturing experience with different alloys, we can meet highly diversified requirements with great flexibility. Among others, we frequently work with all carbon steel grades, high-nickel alloys, duplex steel and cladsteel.

The My Xuan plant is one of the few buildings of its kind to offer an 18-meter ceiling height.

A SKILLED & COMMITTED WORKFORCE
Metacor uses modern equipment and tooling designed for high-quality work that makes it possible to cut, bend and roll plates and profiles to produce almost every shape and form.Our world-class manufacturing facilities boast a new ultra-precise CNC-controlled Laser Cutting Machine, a CNC High-Definition 5-axis head cutting table, two plate rollers, press brake and profile roller. In addition, each plant has its own dedicated indoor blasting and painting areas showcasing the latest technology.

Metacor’s two plants are located near each other.
Just 2.5 km from the Phu My international break bulk and container terminal, the Phu My plant is part of the same industrial zone while the My Xuan plant is less than 15 km from the same port.
