Trent Sol 40-FS

A Fully synthetic water-mix cutting & grinding fluid that forms a true solution when diluted with water. Originally developed to manage the extreme speeds and feeds demanded in viper grinding application, and suitable for the machining of the following materials, Titanium, Nickel Based Alloys and Steels in both high speed cutting and grinding applications.

Trent Sol 50

Trent Sol 50 is inherently low foam and a hard water stable product suitable for use on a wide range of difficult materials and is the perfect choice for aerospace manufacturing applications and applications where the machining performance is critical for the more difficult high silicone alloys.

Light bodied solvent deposited oily film, temporary corrosion preventative suitable for Ferrous components, to give short term inter-operational protection.Micro Core M6 will provide up to 6 months protection of parts (indoors) depending on storage conditions.

Light bodied solvent deposited oily film, temporary corrosion preventative, suitable for Ferrous components, to give medium term inter-operational protection. Micro Core M12 will provide up to 12 months protection of parts (indoors) depending on storage conditions.

Trent Micro Core 2Y

Light bodied solvent deposited oily film, temporary corrosion preventative suitable for Ferrous components, to give medium/long term inter-operational protection. Micro Core 2Y will provide up to 24 months protection of parts (indoors) depending on storage conditions.

A general purpose soluble metal working fluid with high oil content. Trent Micro Core STIO

Manufactured using a blend of solvents, dewatering agents and film forming material which is combined to provide the user with a short term, inter-operational dewatering and corrosion inhibitor. After the evaporation of the solvent it leaves a thin, oily film deposit which provides short term protection when applied correctly to both Ferrous and Non-Ferrous components.
