Cash Dividend: AGMS of MTDL propose to distribute Cash Dividend of
15.21% of Net Profit 2017 or equivalent with Rp 37.62
billion:
Rp 13.07 billion (Rp 5.5 / share) has been distributed
as interim dividend on July 2017 for tax payment of
stock dividend 2016 and interim dividend 2017.
Rp 24.55 billion (Rp 10 / share) will be distributed as
final dividend 2017 on 16 July 2018
Cash Dividend will have :
Recording date: 28 June 2018
Payment date: 16 July 2018

Development of e-commerce business : MTDL has sold entire shares of PT My Icon
Technology (My-I) to PT Synnex Metrodata
Indonesia (SMI) for Rp 7.5 billion.
In the future, My-I will focus on e-catalogue

support distribution of the products

revenue.

Target 2018:
Sales target increase by 17.4% to Rp 12.7 trillion
Net profit increase by 10 % to Rp 272 billion
Basic assumption:
Continuing to diversify product sold
Continuing to manage efficiency in inventory and
financing
Development of e-commerce business (e-catalogue
/LKPP).
Strengthen logistic infrastructure by Investing to build
warehouse of 22,000 sqm (on a land area of 20,000 sqm)
with total cost of Rp 195 billion (to be completed by end
of 2018).
