• Work with the Metropolises to identify parishes with successful ministry programs.
• Develop training materials and support to help parishes establish meaningful local ministry programs.
• Recommend a system for measuring Ministry effectiveness. Evaluating American Bible Society process using Global Scriptures Impact Group.
