Paracha Textile Mills Limited was established in the year 1951-52. The foundation stone was laid down by His Excellency Khawaja Nazimuddin.

In 1983 the current management took over the company

the board of directors carried their vision of edible oil market being a respectable, fairly new and developing market in Pakistan.

The Ghee Unit Batch refinery was established and started manufacturing different brands of Ghee and Cooking Oil.

From 1990 till 2000 company witnessed constant growth by winning the confidence of customers in ghee and oil products

During this time technology advancement started by introduction of physical continuous plants.

The corporate management decided to built a state of art refinery at the beginning of 2000

“MEZAN” Brand was launched subsequently which is a registered Trade Mark under Trade Mark Registry Government of Pakistan.
