Goal: High Volume, Low Profits for charityWe contacted several local organizations focusing primarily on non-profits.

A few we contacted:● Habitat for Humanity of Dane County● Occupy Madison● Dane County Special Olympics● Madison Area Youth Soccer Organization

Challenges

● Finding our “niche”. Directing our focus.● Finding an organization with the need for t-

shirts.● Getting organizations to commit.● Communication with organization

Lessons Learned● Communication can be very difficult and frustrating● Never be a middle-man (three way communication)● We needed to be more assertive● Emailing can be a slow process

○ Good for initial contact○ Not so good for selling, followups, etc.

● Continue to branch out - have other sales targets
