MIAMI AXISPARK

Miami Axis Park (MAP) is the premier site in Miami-Dade county for a company looking for an industrial build-to-suit facility. The central location and access makes it ideal not only to access both Miami International Airport (MIA) and Port Miami, but also the dense neighborhoods directly to the east. With a labor pool from the immediate neighborhood of Hialeah and ideal “last mile” access to Downtown, Brickell, Coral Gables, and Doral, MAP offers the ability to establish a premier industrial facility in a location that minimizes travel times and facilitates operations.

With the recent changes in consumer expectations, location and access to both ports and populations centers are critical for tenants searching for industrial space. As delivery routes require more and more density (shortest time between stops), proximity to these areas are critical. Miami-Dade County, with serious land constraints due to the Everglades to the West and Atlantic Ocean to the East, has had difficulty supplying industrial space to users; the result has been a very tight market. Developers and companies have had to locate on the western border of the county if they wished to occupy Class A facilities, until recently.
