Tottenham Hotspurs. spurs legend, Ledley King, also officiated the event by delivering a kick into the scenic goal post, activating the kabuki drop sequence to reveal the seamless floor-to-ceiling LED wall, which led guests into the White Hart Lane, and life-sized video of the Tottenham Hotspurs players. A shirt signing ceremony took place after, where the newly branded AiA Tottenham jersey made its appearance. Along with a photo session with Tucker and Levy, the two key representatives also took questions in a Q&A session.Light food and beverages were served at a branded cocktail area where guests could mingle and be entertained by free-styled football tricksters at the same time.

sET UPThe set-up for the press conference involved floor-to-ceiling branding, including a tunnel entrance, green flooring to depict a football field, branded event backdrops, as well as a larger-than-life scenic goal post stage. spatial layout planning was also needed to take into account seating for 100 guests and catering requirements.

CHALLENGEs AND TRiUMPHsAiA was looking for a memorable and fresh experience for its new initiative: from brief to execution, the WRG team faced the challenge of a three-week turnaround, as well as industry inefficiency brought about by the Lunar New Year festivities. With the Lunar New Year festivities, many suppliers were closed as logistics were in confirmation stages, according to Michelle Lee, senior producer of WRG. The team worked closely with the AiA team and came up with different creative solutions, such as alternative flooring material instead of real astro turf,

to ensure that the event achieved its objective, she said. As sky100 is located on the 100th floor of iCC Building, the team faced inevitable scheduled maintenance for the cargo lift, which was required to assist in delivering event collaterals. However, the team at the venue provided great flexibility and assistance. Lee said: sky100 is a great venue with a fantastic view for one afternoon, we transformed the venue to be the highest football pitch in the world.
