“Conduct a comprehensive study of Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC) issues relating to pipeline integrity for both gas and liquid lines, including history of SCC, level of risk, indicators of potential for SCC, detection methods, mitigation measures, assessment procedure, and regulatory procedures for evaluation of industry assessments.”
