From childhood, Michelle has continuously developed her affinity with horses and has shared her 40-acre property with

companion horses since 2002, many of them rescued.  

Michelle will lead two Liberty clinics and give a showcase at Unicorn Park, Ballarat April 2013, where she will demonstrate how to give and receive the best in a person-

horse-person relationship by acknowledging a horseʼs right to self-expression.

 

Learn the foundation skills she uses which produce results, such as her horses:

•  following her whether she is on foot or on horseback •  bringing their feedbags for their grain and sharing a bale

of hay from a single feeder •  participating freely in whatever activities are presented to them individually or in groups

Day 1 Saturday

Liberty :

Learn principles, psychology, techniques and activities that build a relationship and allow you and your horse to play safely, at liberty. Learn what it takes to have horses that are keen to play with you. Unlearn what you need to leave behind. Learn solid skills for playing with one horse so that you can build to a group of horses. Each person will have their own area to play in, so whatever stage you and your horse have reached, youʼll be extended – whether you are a beginner or advanced.

Day 2 Sunday

9 – 4pm Riding:

Learn principles, psychology, techniques and activities that build a relationship and allow you to ride at liberty with little to no gear. Learn what it takes to ride so that your horse is your feet and together you can lead a group of horses.

Each person will have their own area to play in, so whatever stage you and your horse have reached, youʼll be extended – whether you are a beginner or advanced.

$300 clinic registration fee for one rider with horse/s

$250 for fencesitters, includes one 1-hour private lesson (booked 8th-12th April) $75/hr individual private lessons or 2 people per session @$50/hr each
