This user manual aims to familiarize microkayal.com to the newcomers or first time users of the
internet/websites with some of the key information pages and operations of the Micro Kayal. The
document does not cover all or in-depth information but it details the basic screens or pages.
Enter the Website Url www.microkayal.com
Users will be reaching the page as below which is Home Page for MicroKayal. At any point of
time users can return to Home Page by clicking on MicroKayal Logo -

The Basic information related to MicroKayal can be seen by clicking on the links listed on left
nagivation. Any users can view How Micro Kayal (MK) works, Stats & team behind MK etc.
From Home Page, this can be reached by clicking About at the end.
To view any additional information like all needy, and their applications or to make donations to
the particular application, users has to register themselves by clicking Register at the top of
Home Page. Once you are successfully registered, wait for Website Admin to approve your
request. Users will be notified through registered email address.

After successfully logging into the MK website users will be navigated to the Portfolio or
Dashboard page as displayed below. Users can see stats like how much he/she donated to
Needys & his/hers donation to child/student , emergency funds. Also users can see their invitesthrough email, facebook, twitter and his/hers average monthly subscriptions.
By clicking Portfolio Menu, Users can see list of transactions that he/she made for Needys.

Users can see the List of Needys who need help by clicking Donate. There are various filtering
mechanisms like Featured categories, gender, Needy attributes, status of application etc. Also
users can search Needys based on its description content.
Users can select the Needy as their wish to donate and can see the Needy details by clicking on
the same row or Donate button. Needy Details page will be like below. Here users can choose
the amount which he/she wishes to donate. If users wish to donate any amount other what listed,
choose other and enter the amount.

ClickDonateButton to add the transaction to users basket as below.
If the users wish to donate to more needys, they can clickFind More Needysor else click on
continuebutton to checkout.
Once checkout/Continue is clicked, users can Review And ClickPay Now. There are 4 options
through which users can Pay.1) Paypal Debit Card also.2) Cash On Hand to Coordinators.3) Transfer to Bank Account4) Take from my credit

Users can donate to Emergency or Child care funds funds by clicking Portfolio-> Donate to
Funds as shown below.

Users can invite their friends through email invite, facebook share and Twitter tweet through as
shown below.
Click on Portfolio -> Invite Friends to get into the below screen / page.
Users can modify their email or password through Account page at any time.

Users can recharge their credit through Account -> Recharge Ur Credit.
