User downloads Office 365 apps, such as Outlook,
from the AppStore for iOS.
User launches the app and is
prompted to sign in using company
credentials.
User launches the app -
in this case, Outlook –
and clicks “Get Started.”
User can choose to receive Outlook
notifications.
User enters his/her company email
address, then presses “Add
Account.”
Upon signing in, the message at left is shown to
the user.
User clicks “OK” to restart the app.
If the PIN requirement has been set to “on”
during set-up, when the user re-opens Outlook
he/she will be prompted to enter a PIN to access
the app.
