Apply knowledge of math, science, and mechatronics engineering to formulate andsolve problems. Conduct experiments, and analyze and interpret the resultant data, design components and mechatronics systems which integrate computers, sensors, andactuators in mechanical systems to meet desired needs, and design experiments toevaluate system performance with respect to specifications.

Mechatronics is the study of the design of intelligent systems and products in whichmechanization and control requiring sensing, actuation are combined and controlled bycomputer to achieve improved product quality and performance.
