VisionA family friend of the couple, and wanting the couple to be

happy and healthy, and to stay together, for as long as the years allow.

To create lifelong memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

To empower unmarried or married friends to be impressed and contact my services.

Marketing a pro-bono event, in order to advertise my abilities, in-hopes of attracting new couples.

Communication ProcessAs a result of being a smaller wedding, I requested two other employees from a company I manage (Vandelay Industries) to help out at this event.

The two other employees are present and able to help out and make sure that this event runs smoothly. If any guest have issues, the two employees will be the channels for messages to be carried to me. I need to ensure that if any problems arise, they will handle and/or relay the information directly to me.

The three of us will be walking throughout the wedding and (especially) the reception, in order to ensure that things go according to plan. To ensure information is transmitted quickly, and the issues are handled accordingly, us three (wedding planners) will have walkie talkies.

Page 7: Mid Term Wedding

Communication ProcessAt the end of the night, guest will have the opportunity to fill out comment cards as to how well this event did. Moreover, they will have the opportunity to explain why they gave that rating.

The comment cards will be handled to two of the event planners standing in front of the doors as they leave. Gourmet chocolate will given as a reward for filling out the cards. The feedback will ensure that future events will be planned and handled better.
