First you have to prepare the plastic parts of the kit where the PE will be mounted.Some parts are double layers, some are single layers and in most cases the largepanels are flush with the surface. So a bed for the parts should be done after dry fitting of these parts. I used a motor tool, you may have your proffered method.I will mark in green the parts that should be flush with the surface.

This is example how to form the louvreswith the help of a toothpick. Use this method on all necessary parts.

AIR INTAKESThe air intakes of the Trumpeter MiG-29s are wrongly shaped.Here you can see how to correct them with the moveable ramps.The ramps are closed only with running engines on the ground and the LERX louvres open. With engines shut or in flight theyare open.

Cut and open the air intakes alongthe red line.Use the ramp as a guideto form the air intakes again, fill the gapwith puttyq smooth and rescribe..
