An information to obtain filed in Ontario Superior Court on May 27 by the RCMP in order to seize documents related to Sen. Mike Duffy's hotel stays in Charlottetown, PEI, between 2009 and 2014. In the document, lead investigator Cpl. Greg Horton alleges that Duffy spent little time in Prince Edward Island during the winter months. The document is part of the RCMP's investigation into Duffy over allegations of fraud and breach of trust related to his Senate housing expense claims. None of the allegations against Duffy has been tested in court, nor have any charges been laid.
